sphsky Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and sphsky ("the Platform," "we," or "us"). They govern your registration and use of the sphsky website and all services offered through it, including sports betting, casino games, card games, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on sphsky, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. 2 Eligibility

To use the sphsky platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a sphsky employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must be betting on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the sphsky platform.

sphsky reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended or terminated, and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one sphsky account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change after registration — particularly your contact number or email address — you must update your sphsky account promptly.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sphsky accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Filipino members: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on sphsky are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on sphsky is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes, though delays may occasionally occur due to network conditions or payment provider processing times. sphsky does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing.
• sphsky may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

sphsky reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending verification requirements.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on sphsky are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific or game-specific rules that may be published separately on the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid and accepted once you have received a confirmation reference number from sphsky. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. If your internet connection drops before confirmation is received, the bet should be considered unplaced.

5.2 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, obvious pricing mistakes, or system errors — sphsky reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to your account. This applies even after a bet has been accepted and confirmed, if the error is discovered within a reasonable timeframe.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a specified period; a manifest error in pricing is identified; or the bet was placed using funds obtained through a breach of these Terms. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your sphsky account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

sphsky offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, referral incentives through our Refer a Friend programme, VIP Club rebates, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred or assigned to another member.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets unless otherwise specified.
• sphsky reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to affected members.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account termination.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sphsky platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the sphsky platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or other promotional offers.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access or interfere with other members' accounts.
• Using the sphsky platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal betting and gaming.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sphsky username and password. sphsky will never ask you to reveal your password through email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All bets and transactions made using your sphsky login credentials are assumed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact sphsky support immediately to have your account secured. We will work with you to investigate and resolve any security concerns promptly.

9 Privacy and Data

sphsky collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the sphsky platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming

sphsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming. • Delays in the credit of deposits or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses from bets that were validly placed and settled in accordance with these Terms, including losing bets.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors later identified and corrected.

In no event shall sphsky's total liability to any member exceed the total funds deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12 Account Termination

You may close your sphsky account at any time by contacting our support team. Remaining balance after all bets are settled will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

sphsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other members. In cases of termination due to breach, sphsky reserves the right to withhold remaining balances pending investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sphsky reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members through their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the sphsky platform. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law
